If you are a real estate instructor and wish you had a text that suited your classes better, perhaps we should get together. Our staff is fully knowledgeable about real estate and can help with the writing as well as the publishing. We specialize in books with small press runs — ideal for classes in states with small populations that do not attract the large publishers. We pay authors customary royalties the same as other publishers. We do not publish in e-book format because the technology is not yet adequate. All our books are professionally designed and printed in paperback format, either 8 1/4 by 10 3/4 inches, or in 5 1/4 by 8 1/4 size.
