To become a broker you need to take 30 hours each in Brokerage Management, Business Management, Real Estate Law, and one elective course (120 hours total). In addition you must have been licensed for at least two years in Washington or another state. Real Estate Publishers does not publish texts for the Washington broker courses at this time.
